23. The quorum of the committee is 6 members, including 2 members appointed each by the board of directors of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec and the board of directors of the Collège des médecins du Québec, and one member appointed each by the Conference and the Minister of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology.
